About

My name is Ghada Vanderpool. I write, I market online and other digital media, I enjoy gadgets and new technology, and I am a whizz with Social Media and effectively integrating this to your business and marketing campaigns.

I am the Director of New Zealand Communications company Zodal, the company behind some of New Zealand’s top ecommerce websites, online software and iPhone aplications.  I am also a director of game development and publishing company Trickysheep which produced Indygames.com’s 3rd Best Adventure Game of 2007. I am able to draw on the technical, programming and usability resources of the employees and managers at both of these organizations – always overseeing the Social Media aims of every campaign.

Real Social Girl is about creating effective online marketing campaigns, authentic conversations for brands through social media such as Wordpress blogging, Twitter, Facebook and other social platforms. These are only some of the tools of the trade as each client is different as is what is implemented for their needs.

On a personal level I am also a mother and from this first hand experience I have developed a huge interest in marketing to mothers and the female market. I indulge my ‘motherhood’ mixed with a dose of social media over at girlstoys revue, an online community for mothers owned by Real Social Girl.com and run by me.
